Our manufacturing facility in Vietnam operates its own wastewater treatment system that complies with the quality standards of wastewater treatment and monitors in real time with the Vietnam Environment Agency.

The Vietnamese plant is operating with a 45-50% water supply reduction after the introduction of a regeneration system, and the external wastewater volume is reduced by 50%, contributing to environmental protection. MCNEX conducts risk analysis of water resources from business activities every year and operates strict internal water quality management standards.

Through site management supervision, 3R5S, and five-stage collection of general waste, a thorough plan is established to reduce waste generated at workplaces, and various waste treatment management is carried out by separating it into general waste and hazardous waste to improve resource efficiency.

Vietnam plant is operating efficient energy saving between 55% and 80%. Also, Clean room design and construction completely blocks heat generated by external structures to minimize solar radiation, and the exterior walls and clean room walls are made of materials that can withstand fire at 280°C for more than 30 minutes.
