Policy of collecting personal information

MCNEX is collecting a personal information to protect a client information and to offer a proper service in accordance with a information protection policy. If you want to receive an answer your inquiry, you have to agree a follow personal information policy. The collected personal information shall not be provided to a 3rd party and shall be used only to respond for your inquiry and to subscribe a new letter if you agreed.

1. Personal information to be collected
- Country/Name/Company name/department/Title/Number of employee/Tele phone no./Email address

2. Purpose of collecting and using personal information
- Check an actual fact of inquiry
- Support engineering response for technical inquiry
- All persons have a right to refuse collection of a personal information and in case of refusal, such inquiry may be denied to receive.


3. Period of use and retention of personal information
In principle, a personal information shall be destructed right after using a personal information as purposed.
Provided, it shall be kept safe and secure for 3years in order to use an evidence of response.
