MCNEX, 2025 New Year’s Ceremony “Pledge for sustainable growth” 

 

MCNEX started the new year with a 2025 new year's ceremony    at its headquarters in Songdo, Incheon on the 2nd. This new year's ceremony was held as an opportunity to pledge to lead the industry and achieve sustainable growth based on cooperation among members.

 

Executives and employees, including CEO Min Dong-wook, attended the event, and CEO Min Dong-wook expressed his gratitude to the executives and employees who devoted themselves to the growth of the company over the past year in his New Year's address, saying, "Despite the unstable internal and external situation and difficult environment, each person will do their best in their respective positions." We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the executives and employees who have done their best, and presented the vision of “achieving sustainable growth based on cooperation and harmony among members,” and explained the company’s future direction in detail.

 

CEO Min Dong-wook said, “2025 will be an important year in which we will achieve our sales goals through domestic and overseas market development and technological innovation based on the R&D capabilities accumulated over the past 20 years and establish a foundation for continuous company development.” He concluded his New Year's address by saying, "We will achieve greater growth together with all stakeholders, share innovative goals based on customer trust, and create the future together.“

 

MCNEX, which operates a variety of reward systems to boost the morale of executives and employees, held the 2024 Long-Term Employee Award and Excellent Employee Award Ceremony.
